The Innovative Church Community is an open, cross-denominational group committed to developing church leaders who are seeking innovative ways to fulfill the Great Commission. "Innovative" doesn't refer to one particular method or style of ministry; rather, it refers to a willingness to try whatever new approaches will result in maximum ministry effectiveness for a particular setting. Our community includes newer churches working through the stages of early development, as well as older, more established churches who are transitioning toward greater effectiveness. Most any church leader who is trying to be innovative will find a fit at ICC.
ICC accomplishes its mission through three strategic thrusts: Community, Coaching, and Conferences. Participation in monthly learning sessions is open to everyone, at no cost. ICC does offer membership for an annual fee, which provides discounts on conferences, coaching, & consulting, but non-members are also welcome to take advantage of these programs.
